Diamond Plaza Hotel - Kolkata

I booked a double room for 1 night and had a really nice stay. the location was great, not too far from Shobhabajar Rajbari. - It was located in a market area near Kolkata, which was a reasonable base for me.

Think that this exceptionally comfortable hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. Courteous staff, good prices, the location is great and nice very close to the market area as well as Kolkata. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet. Offers good service and appetising food. As I see, free Wi-Fi in public areas worked really quickly;)))

The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. the private bathroom was a plus. - the hotel's location near the metro station was marvelous.

The hotel has a marvelous location next to Kolkata and the market area. the room was nice and included down pillows. the staff was helpful and fairly friendly. A minor negative is that heavy luggage might be tough to manage as taxis cannot always pull up outside the door.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel was a great value for money with an unbeatable location, perfect for exploring the city. The friendly staff at check-in offered us complimentary drinks and snacks while we waited. We loved the comfortable bed and pillows which ensured a good night's sleep.

There was some noise from the street outside at night which kept us up. the towels were not as clean as we hoped, but the staff quickly replaced them when we requested.

During my stay at the hotel, I found its location to be very convenient, providing easy access to various transportation options and key tourist attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the cleanliness of the hotel was up to the mark. I was impressed with the breakfast offered by the hotel. Additionally, the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I was initially given a slightly dirty towel, but the staff quickly replaced it when I asked for a new one. The hotel's location is great and offers good value for money. Despite being located on a twisting street, taxis can easily access the hotel. The rooms arevery comfy and tidy, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was also very helpful.
